Our packages also offer a massive list of inclusions, including all your Invisalign® retainers and complimentary in-chair teeth whitening at the completion of your treatment.

We offer over 30 years of specialist orthodontic practice and service, as well as countless awards in service excellence and customer service. Your treatment by an on-site, local registered specialist orthodontist, not a general dentist or clinicians located overseas. All our clinicians have access to the most superior technology available, including Dental Monitoring, iTero digital scanners, Digital Radiographs & CT Scans, as well as an in-house dental laboratory equipt with a 3D printer, to ensure every patient receives the highest level of treatment and achieves the best results. We also use Invisalign® aligners, no cheap alternative brands.

WHITE also offers the convenience of combining in-person visits with our home monitoring app that monitors your teeth’s movement to ensure your treatment is on track, sending data directly to your experienced orthodontist who oversees the progress of your treatment. If you’re experiencing any issues, we can arrange a face-to-face appointment at our practice.

WHITE virtual Invisalign treatment can address most but not all teeth straightening concerns. To ascertain your suitability for Invisalign treatment with WHITE, we offer a complimentary Invisalign consultation.

At this appointment we will assess your suitability for Invisalign and determine what treatment is best for your individual case. You will receive a comprehensive quote and treatment plan and you’ll even get to see a projection of what your smile will look like at the end.

At your initial appointment, you will be assessed by an AHRPA registered oral health therapist who will determine if you are eligible for Invisalign treatment. Click here to book an appointment and find out!

During your treatment, our team will see you in-person at key points to check the health of your teeth, remove or apply attachments and make sure your teeth are moving as they should.

We can’t wait to meet you! You can book an appointment with us by calling our team on 13 13 93, or book online via the BOOK NOW tab on our website.

You can also visit our practice – we are located in the Manchester Unity Building, Level 1, 220 Collins Street Melbourne.

Yes. Most people who have had orthodontic treatment and are not completely happy are eligible for Invisalign treatment. In many cases the treatment is shorter and cheaper.

Teeth straightening is a complicated process, which is why your treatment plan will only be completed by a board-registered specialist orthodontist who works on site.

If you are assessed and considered to be a complex or comprehensive case, WHITE will not be a suitable treatment option. If this is the case, we will refer you to Collins Street Orthodontics, located on level 12 & the Tower of the Manchester Unity Building.

At WHITE we offer a combination of at-home monitoring and in-clinic appointments, however these face-to-face appointments are not often. If you wish to have more regular visits with your clinician, WHITE may not be best for you. If this is the case, we recommend visiting Collins Street Orthodontics, located on level 12 & the Tower of the Manchester Unity Building.

Invisalign Treatment

Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment which uses a series of clear aligners that are custom-designed and fitted to suit your orthodontic requirements. Your teeth are gradually moved into alignment by these aligners, which are changed weekly, with your orthodontist overseeing until your teeth are in the desired position.

Invisalign treatment is an aesthetically appealing orthodontic option for many people who don’t want the “train-track” look often associated with traditional braces. You can easily remove the aligners throughout your treatment in order to eat as normal, to brush and floss your teeth and for special occasions. Invisalign treatment is virtually invisible, providing you with a discreet orthodontic treatment that achieves great results.

Your initial 3D scan of your teeth allows your treating orthodontist to create a personalised treatment plan that reaches your desired outcome. The clear aligners are then developed and moulded in accordance with your individual treatment plan, which the combination of attachments on your teeth and the force applied by the aligner each week gently straightens your teeth to their desired position.

Invisalign treatment can fix crowding, gaps & spacing, as well as some bite issues.

Aligners should be worn all the time – day and night – with the exception of when you remove them to eat, brush and floss your teeth or if you remove them for special occasions. As a guide, you should wear your aligners for at least 22 hours per day.

It is recommended that you wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day. Depending on your treatment plan, aligners are generally changed weekly, with the total length of treatment ranging from 3-18 months depending on the complexity.

The time taken to complete treatment depends on the complexity of your orthodontic needs, but the average is 3-18 months.

After a consultation, you will receive a full treatment outlining the cost of treatment and an approximate timeframe, including the time required for any general dental work in preparation for your Invisalign treatment.

As you remove your aligners to eat or drink anything other than cold water, there are no restrictions on what you can eat and drink. Removing your aligners to eat prevents staining, the formation of cavities and disfigurement of the aligners due to heat.

We recommend you brush and floss your teeth after each meal before reinserting the aligners. Do not chew any kind of gum with your aligners in place; gum sticks to aligners and is difficult to remove other than with an extra visit to the dentist.

Some people may experience minor discomfort at the beginning of each new stage of treatment, when a new aligner is inserted. Patients typically describe this as a feeling of pressure. Feeling discomfort during any orthodontic treatment is a good sign as it indicates that your teeth are moving into their new positions. The discomfort typically dissipates after a couple of days as the wearer becomes accustomed to the new aligners. Over-the-counter pain management can also help, if required.

The vast majority of patients report no effect at all on their speech. However, as with traditional orthodontic appliances, having something new in your mouth brings an initial adjustment period.

As it’s recommended that aligners are worn a minimum of 22 hours per day, only wearing them at night will not be a sufficient amount of time to successfully move the teeth to the desired position.

Specialist orthodontists generally recommend treating both arches to achieve an optimal bite.
